CANCELLATION POLICY

I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of your original scheduled appointment. This amount will be charged to your account and you will receive an invoice. No shows will be charge 100% of the original service booked and will be blocked from booking any further appointments. I value your time and I ask that you value mine. I do have a 15 minute late policy. If you are 15 minutes late or more, your appointment will be cancelled and you will have to reschedule, the cancellation fee of 50% of the original scheduled service booked will apply and you will receive an invoice. If you are 15 minutes late or more and your appointment could still be serviced same day, a late fee of $45 may be added on to your total at checkout. Due to time and products used during services I do not offer refunds under any circumstances. I strive for your satisfaction after every appointment, if you are not satisfied, please reach out within 7 days of original appointment, I will happily assist you in making any necessary changes, if applicable.
